From June 6th to June 25th, 2024, GFSC developed a virtual training program in its Crisis-Change-Choice Model, for a group of professionals from the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which has recently experienced huge floods that have devastated a large percentage of the populations of the State and impacted directly to more than 600.000 people.
We had a very active and enthusiastic participation of an excellent group of 23 people, including teachers, psychologists, consultants, a Fire Department Chief, a psychiatrist and HR managers of some companies in the region, who had been helping in various ways to some of the communities most affected by this natural disaster. The GFSC team of facilitators consisted of Laura Salvador P., María Francia Utard, Francisco Fernandez, Raúl Silveira and Ximena Combariza. At the end of the program, both the participants and the facilitators made a very positive evaluation of the program.
