The author, Jo Nelson, is a well reknowned American IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and a Certified ToP Facilitator. In this article she addresses the similarities and the differences between facilitating learning and process facilitation. Additionally, she gives a great list of required conditions to get people active participation, discusses the importance of guiding good reflections and proposes and explains the use of "The Focused Conversation Method"", developed by The Institute of Cultural Affairs.
