We want to offer experienced and non-experienced facilitators (like first responders, community elders, teachers, spiritual leaders, and others) a guide on how to talk about our crisis experiences with neighbors, family members, co-workers, and others.
Through a four-part workshop series and using stories and conversation, participants will better understand how people usually experience crisis and how we can tap into individual and community reservoirs of responding constructively to it.

Our initial offering is being done in conjunction with the ICA Social Research Network Event Calendar. The first module took place on April 12 and the others have been scheduled for May 17, June 14 and July 12. While all modules are connected, people may participate in one or all of them. Queremos ofrecer a facilitadores/as experimentados y no experimentados (como socorristas, ancianos de la comunidad, maestros, líderes espirituales y otros) una guía sobre cómo hablar de nuestras experiencias de crisis con vecinos, familiares, compañeros de trabajo y otros.
A través de una serie de cuatro talleres, y mediante conversaciones e historias, los/las participantes comprenderán mejor cómo las personas experimentamos las crisis y cómo podemos aprovechar los recursos individuales y comunitarios para responder de manera constructiva a éstas.
Esta entrega inicial se realiza en conjunto con la Red de Investigación Social de ICA. El primer módulo se llevó a cabo el 12 de abril y los demás están programados para el 17 de mayo, 14 de junio y 12 de julio.
